My main spindle in its mount. It is a German made 3/4 hp, 27,000 rpm
router with a maximum collet size of 1/4".
Now, I use this setup only for turning shafts, roughing inlay slabs to thickness
or machining point blanks. Previously, I used it for everything and it
worked well for cutters 1/32 and over. Smaller cutters worked OK but I
often had to play with offsets to get the desired fit, depending on the
materials with which I was working.

This is the high speed spindle, fitted in a sleeve I made, which is slid into
the same mount used for the main spindle. This allows switching spindles
while still keeping everything trammed in perfectly. At 40,000 rpm, it
cuts very nicely with the smaller cutters. Maximum shank size is 1/8".

Here's a closer view of the spindle & the sleeve.

This is just a picture taken at Valley Forge last year. The look on
Keith's face after he missed an opportunity was priceless. Keith played
well but Troy cheesed in the 9 at least 5 times that match. Such is
9-Ball.
